What is needed:
When filling an extension with the IRS, you will be required to estimate your tax liability, as well as provide information on tax payments you have made (more here). E-filed extensions also require certain personal information in order to electronically sign the filling. Filers may chose to use either their prior year AGI or a PIN.

If you are a customer who requires assistance with an extension purchase, we ask that you login to your account and submit a support ticket. Submitting a ticket from your account will allow our specialists to help you with this.
Instructions for submitting a support ticket:
Start by logging into your account. Once you've logged in, click the "Support" link in the top right corner of the navigation. From the support window, type something brief like "get my pin", when this loads with common help answers scroll to the bottom of the list and click "Still need help? Click here to send a message...". Click here, describe the issue in the form and click "Send".
